Celeb Goss

It’s the event of the year that Queen B or Adele reign over and this year it was no different as these two female bosses picked up a total of 7 Grammys. We’re feeling all of the girl power and love from Adele’s ‘Kanye’ moment to Beyoncé’s empowering performance. However, there was some familiar Grammy faces missing, from the Beibs to Drake but of course the rest of our fav’ stars made sure they slayed all day…

As per Adele managed to pick up a girl bossing 5 Grammy awards and we didn’t think we could love her anymore until her acceptance speech for ‘Best Album.’ Adele dedicated her award to Queen B’s album ‘Lemonade’ saying “I’m very grateful and gracious but my artist of my life is Beyonce. And this album to me, the Lemonade album, was just monumental Beyonce. It was so monumental. And so well thought out and so beautiful and soul bearing and we all got to see another side to you that you don’t always let us see and we appreciate that. All us artists here, we adore you. You are our light. And the way that you make me and my friends feel, the way you make my black friends feel is empowering, and you make them stand up for themselves, and I love you. I always have and I always will.”

Okay pass us the tissues because we are feeling the love…

So Queen B then carried on to give the most epic performance like… ever. We didn’t think this woman could get any better and then she just did. Even when she’s pregnant with twin babas she still kills it.

Our style crush of the night just had to go to Demi Lovato. We are totally loving her beachy waves and golden goddess dress by Julien Macdonald… weekend inspo? YES.

Pretty in pink. Golden child Blue Ivy looked so sweet and cute in her matching pink two piece as she cheered on her mama with her dad Jay Z. She’s already making BBF’s like J Lo and James Corden at Carpool Karaoke and we can’t help to even feel a lil bit jealous.

Caribbean princess Rihanna went back to her ‘Pon de Replay’ roots with her long chest nut locks and smokey eyes. This gal definitely enjoyed herself, even bringing along her diamond encrusted flask to the party – we feel ya RiRi.

Do blondes have more fun? It sure looked like it last night as Katy Perry debuted her new locks and song during her Grammy’s performance. GIRL CRUSH.
